
Louis is the only place in Moscow where art and atmosphere create a unique format of evening entertainment. At the beginning of spring, the project carried out a large-scale update of the concept under the management of MOSS Hospitality: it’s time to test the new menu and cocktail menu.
Every evening here turns into an exquisite performance, combining the best jazz of the capital, elegant burlesque cabaret and bright show programs. From Tuesday to Sunday, Louis guests become part of the aesthetics inspired by the golden age of the 20th century, where live music, glittering costumes, feathers, pearls, jazz divas and your smiles create a perfect evening. Sandra Frackenberg is behind the artistic concept and concert program, whose ideas fill each evening with an atmosphere of refined luxury and creative inspiration.
The menu combines Mediterranean cuisine with signature interpretations, creating a balance between familiar dishes and new flavor accents. Delicate Far Eastern scallop with grapefruit, aromatic dried rose and capers, sea bass with pomelo, lightly salted salmon with Greek yoghurt labneh, gnocchi with crab – these are just a few of the flavor combinations that can be found on the Louis menu.
The bar team carefully recreated recipes from the first half of the 20th century, practically without touching the classic combinations, but placing their own accents: texture, presentation or pairing. The new cocktails are a symbol of the culture and lifestyle of the 20s-40s in America: freedom, jazz, burlesque and fun. And in the kitchen menu, the team displayed the classics of Mediterranean cuisine with their own interpretations and new flavor accents.
