"Vorobushek" - a musical wine bar by Georgy Topuridze, Denis Kurchenko (Geju), and sommelier Igor Shorets.

The music studio, located in the former director’s office of the hotel, has been so infused with conversations and wine that it transformed into a bar: experimental, chaotic, and wine-focused.

A hidden, almost secret bar, so exclusive that if you found the entrance and stepped inside, you belonged. Grab a glass.

The birds sang that the bar was opened by Georgy Topuridze and Denis Kurchenko, creating an atmosphere and wine list from gathered influences - wood and coals, vinyl and vintage, concrete and carpet absorbing the sound. The cabinet holds bottles and experiments that redefine wine - natural, wild, kvass, and rare classics.
